Me Time!
Today I'm going to take a little time for myself and go to the shed and play! I haven't painted or made any cards for awhile now. I belong to a stampclub. We make cards once a month. We have 3 people design a card and demo it. The person who demonstrates the card is in charge of bringing everything it takes to make it. I think I will start posting pics of the cards made for the month. I left my card at the class so I'll have to make another one to post! I will try to post what I did today in the ol' craft shed aswell! Stay tuned! :D

Thankful
I sound really negative in the last post. I'm not really like that. I am thankful for all that I am, and all that I have. I have just had a really hard time with my Dads death , my mothers health, and financial stress. I know life goes on and that God will get me thru this. He is always faithful. The devil will make you think that your all alone and that noone cares. I know thats not true. I love my family, friends and God. Prayer is a good thing all the time, but especially when your hurting. I will get get thru this. I will.

My Dad
My Dad died April 5th 2009. He loved fishing, hunting and his purple martins. I had this song played at his funeral. I miss him.

The Rag Quilt & Thoughts
Okay, It took me just as long to rip out those seams as it did to put the whole thing together so far! I used pins this time and am much happier with the way it looks now. I have four rows completed. Atleast I won't lose sleep over it now. I stayed all night at moms. I know she gets lonely. I don't want to have regrets with my Mom like I do with my Dad. I wish I would have visited him more and knew his thoughts. It makes me sad.
